How to Buy from Overseas

Thank you for visiting VOXMUSIC WEBSHOP, the online store of VOXMUSIC, a used and imported record shop in Osaka, Japan (Shinsaibashi since 2000, and Umeda NU Chayamachi since 2020).

Our webshop ships within Japan only. Customers outside Japan can buy any item on this site through Buyee, a proxy shopping service that buys the item for you in Japan and ships it to your country.

How to order with Buyee

  1. Find a record. Browse all items or search by artist. Product titles are written as: Artist - Title (Catalog No.) Year Country Label | Condition.
  2. Click the Buyee button. When you visit from outside Japan, a Buyee purchase button or banner appears on the product page. Click it to add the item to your Buyee cart.
  3. Sign in to Buyee and place your order. Create a free Buyee account if you do not have one. Buyee purchases the item from us on your behalf.
  4. We ship to Buyee's warehouse in Japan. We pack records carefully and send them to Buyee as soon as possible.
  5. Choose international shipping and pay. When the item arrives at Buyee, choose a shipping method on Buyee and pay the international shipping fee. You can also combine several items into one package.

Good to know

  • Most of our used records are one of a kind. Once sold out, they are usually not restocked.
  • Buyee service fees, international shipping costs, payment methods and import duties are set by Buyee and your country, not by VOXMUSIC. Please check Buyee's guide for details.
  • Record and sleeve conditions are graded according to our condition guide (Japanese).
  • Questions about shipping, payment or your Buyee order: please contact Buyee customer support.
  • Questions about an item (pressing, condition, etc.): email us at webshop@voxmusicweb.com. Please include the product title or URL.
